The Death Penalty

I'm not much of a John Grisham fan. But I recommend his new book 'The Confession' to anyone who is interested in the subject of the Death Penalty and social injustice. I quite loved the way the emotions and psyche of both: a man on death row and, the family has been described.

On Conscience - in urban India (an observation)

"Saying that you have a conscience is considered to be suave. Having a robust conscience is naïve. The ambit of the conscience encompasses actions or perspectives that materially benefit the self or others with the same proclivity as the self."
"Don't judge a book by its cover, nor a writer by one article."
